1. Design a multi-year IT cost-reduction strategy and transformation plan.
2. Prioritize transformation levers such as infrastructure savings and application rationalization.
3. Conduct IT cost benchmarks against industry peers.
4. Establish governance to monitor and optimize IT spending.
5. Track and validate savings from cost-reduction initiatives.
6. Oversee execution of the strategic plan and monitor milestones.
7. Optimize cost models in collaboration with IT leaders and finance teams.
8. Contribute to strategic budget discussions and produce dashboards for C-level discussions.
9. Challenge ROI calculations and ensure robustness of financial assumptions.
10. Contribute to the design of the IT Target Operating Model and sourcing strategies.

1. Proven experience in leading cost-reduction programs in complex IT and Digital organizations.
2. In-depth knowledge of IT organizations, insourcing, and outsourcing models.
3. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
4. Recognized leadership skills to align stakeholders.
5. Advanced expertise in IT finance and data-driven decision-making.
6. Fluency in English.

Extensive experience in leadership roles within IT and Digital cost management, with a focus on complex organizational structures.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
