- Design a multi-year IT cost-reduction strategy and transformation plan.
- Prioritize transformation levers such as infrastructure savings and application rationalization.
- Conduct IT cost benchmarks against industry peers.
- Establish governance to monitor and optimize IT spending.
- Track and validate savings from cost-reduction initiatives.
- Oversee execution of the strategic plan and monitor milestones.
- Optimize cost models in collaboration with IT leaders and finance teams.
- Contribute to strategic budget discussions and produce dashboards for C-level discussions.
- Challenge ROI calculations and ensure robustness of financial assumptions.
- Contribute to the design of the IT Target Operating Model and sourcing strategies.
- Proven experience in leading cost-reduction programs in complex IT and Digital organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of IT organizations, insourcing, and outsourcing models.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Recognized leadership skills to align stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in IT finance and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English.

Extensive experience in leadership roles within IT and Digital cost management, with a focus on complex organizational structures.
