1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment needs and priorities.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, evaluations, and offer management.
3. Provide market insights and identify key trends, particularly in Tech and Digital profiles.
4. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
5. Support managers in enhancing employer branding through effective communication during the recruitment process.
6. Participate in cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
7. Ensure rigorous use of the ATS (Workday) and produce regular recruitment KPI reports.

1. Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience with the ability to manage strategic assignments independently.
2. Experience or knowledge in the Tech/Digital sector is highly valued.
3. Fluency in French and English; Italian language skills are advantageous.

2. Excellent interpersonal and internal client orientation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
4. Awareness of Diversity & Inclusion issues and ethical standards.

A minimum of 7 years in recruitment, with a focus on strategic assignments and experience in the Tech/Digital sector.
