- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment needs and priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, evaluations, and offer management.
- Provide market insights and identify key trends, particularly in Tech and Digital profiles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Support managers in enhancing employer branding through effective communication during the recruitment process.
- Participate in cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure rigorous use of the ATS (Workday) and produce regular recruitment KPI reports.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience with the ability to manage strategic assignments independently.
- Experience or knowledge in the Tech/Digital sector is highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and internal client orientation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
- Awareness of Diversity & Inclusion issues and ethical standards.
A minimum of 7 years in recruitment, with a focus on strategic assignments and experience in the Tech/Digital sector.
