1. Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
2. Collect and verify vendor information, and create SAP Vendor accounts by recording account information.
3. Support the Assistant Manager in the end-to-end process for master data management for FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to streamline processes.
4. Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data objects such as Supplier, Customer, projects, or orders, ensuring data synchronization with other tools.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes and requirements.
6. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency and compliance.
7. Maintain master data in accordance with data standards, control requirements, and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
8. Conduct periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance with internal controls.
9. Provide guidance and support to MDM analysts, ensuring adherence to internal controls and data governance requirements.
10. Participate in finance transformation projects and system initiatives, contributing to the design, testing, and deployment of new MDM processes and tools.
11. Act as a key contributor in continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing Master Data processes and controls.
12. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) in a Finance Department or Shared Service Center.

1. Proficiency in SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
2. Ability to work with large volumes of data, including sorting, filtering, pivoting, summarizing, and error checking.
3. Excellent understanding of master data maintenance and its impact on Finance processes.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
6. Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
7. Agile and inquisitive with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
8. Highly meticulous and a problem solver.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within a Finance Department or Shared Service Center.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
