1. Interpret and analyze lease agreements, ensuring accurate rent analysis and payment processing.
2. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords, resolving any arising issues.
3. Review landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations for accuracy and compliance.
4. Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system and track critical dates.
5. Oversee subtenant account management, including billing and collections.
6. Train new Lease Analysts and provide guidance as needed.
7. Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate lease administration or real estate accounting with exposure to commercial leases.

1. Proficiency in interpreting complex commercial and retail lease documents.
2. Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
7. Experience with SAP and lease systems like Tririga is advantageous.

At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate lease administration or accounting, with a focus on commercial leases.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus incentives.
