Kering Senior Lease Administrator

- Interpret and analyze lease agreements, ensuring accurate rent analysis and payment processing.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords, resolving any arising issues.
- Review landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system and track critical dates.
- Oversee subtenant account management, including billing and collections.
- Train new Lease Analysts and provide guidance as needed.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate lease administration or real estate accounting with exposure to commercial leases.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex commercial and retail lease documents.
- Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP and lease systems like Tririga is advantageous.
At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate lease administration or accounting, with a focus on commercial leases.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus incentives.
