Kering Senior Assistant Manager – Accountant R2R

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including asset management and taxation (VAT, corporate tax), and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure statutory account justification and control.
- Maintain compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements for German entities.
- Prepare tax returns and annual accounts.
- Prepare statutory statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
- Organize general assemblies with parent company legal entities.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Kering Houses to present monthly results.
- Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, and auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's degree (DSCG) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
