- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and audit schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions.
- Support the implementation of the Group's internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Shared Service Center's objective of achieving a paperless environment by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to other team members.
- Offer insights to management to aid in decision-making processes.
- Drive fast close accounting processes.
- Assist in the transition of countries' Record to Report (R2R) processes, managing stakeholder expectations to align with global core processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree or diploma in accounting, with a preference for professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with initial experience in a public accounting firm, preferably from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Experience in managing accounting and commercial finance without public accounting firm experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes, such as SAP, Oracle, or Blackline.
- Strong knowledge of South Asia Pacific tax requirements and accounting standards.
- Independent operator and fast learner.

- Highly meticulous and adept at problem-solving.
