1. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and audit schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Assist in year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions.
3. Support the implementation of the Group's internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
4. Contribute to the Shared Service Center's objective of achieving a paperless environment by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
5. Provide guidance and supervision to other team members.
6. Offer insights to management to aid in decision-making processes.
7. Drive fast close accounting processes.
8. Assist in the transition of countries' Record to Report (R2R) processes, managing stakeholder expectations to align with global core processes.
9. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Degree or diploma in accounting, with a preference for professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with initial experience in a public accounting firm, preferably from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
3. Experience in managing accounting and commercial finance without public accounting firm experience will also be considered.
4. Familiarity with major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes, such as SAP, Oracle, or Blackline.
5. Strong knowledge of South Asia Pacific tax requirements and accounting standards.
