1. Define and own the SAP technical platforms strategy aligned with Kering Enterprise Architecture.
2. Lead and govern SAP technical initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and cloud transitions.
3. Own SAP platform run and operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
4. Govern ABAP development and technical services delivered by offshore partners.
5. Lead and develop internal and external SAP technical teams across regions.

1. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in large, complex, and international environments.
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in English; Italian and/or French are a strong asset.
4. Strong technical expertise in SAP environments, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
5. Proven experience in SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure.
