1. Lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) stream, encompassing sales contracts, orders, delivery, shipment, billing, and revenue posting.
2. Conduct fit/gap analysis and design workshops with business stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment.
3. Configure SAP SD and oversee interface and enhancement development, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
4. Manage testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
5. Support user adoption through the creation of training materials and delivery of end-user sessions.
6. Ensure a seamless go-live process through hypercare support and transition to Application Management Services (AMS).
7. Handle Level 3 escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain a continuous improvement backlog.
8. Maintain audit-ready documentation, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and safeguard system performance.
9. Collaborate with other Kering Technology domains in a service-oriented, agile environment.
10. Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

1. 5+ years of experience in ERP projects, including at least two full deployments.
2. International exposure is advantageous.

1. Deep expertise in SAP SD, including ordering, pricing, billing, and credit management.
2. Experience with SAP Fashion Management Solution (FMS) and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
3. Industry knowledge of sales and distribution processes in luxury and retail.
4. Proficiency in waterfall project methodologies and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach.

5+ years in ERP projects, including at least two full deployments, with international exposure being advantageous.
