Kering SAP PMO Intern

- Provide operational support to project managers and project teams.
- Actively contribute to the adherence to project methodologies and industrialization processes.
- Monitor and update reporting and management tools, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Draft meeting and workshop minutes as required.
- Assist project managers and the Delivery team in daily activities.
- Participate in the identification and structuring of new industrialization topics within the program.
- Track project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are produced on time.
- Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+4/5 level) with a specialization in project management, information systems, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in project management or PMO, preferably through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IT environments and JIRA is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field at Bac+4/5 level.
The internship offers a comprehensive understanding of project management in an international and dynamic setting, with personalized support to enhance skills and contribute to program objectives.
