Kering SAP Demand and Release Manager

1. Manage a global team responsible for SAP change and release management across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.
2. Oversee the SAP change request portfolio and define processes for project and maintenance activities.
3. Implement and manage change request tools, such as JIRA, with support from the Kering change management solutions team.
4. Coordinate the delivery process for releases, including urgent corrections and scheduled updates, generated by projects and change requests.
5. Maintain and integrate release management tools like SAP CHARM with change management systems.
6. Plan and coordinate release deployments in collaboration with domain and project managers.
7. Establish and communicate release schedules and monitor associated deliverables.
8. Validate release content and manage communication with IT and business teams regarding system updates and availability.
9. Manage third-party vendors providing SAP release management support and enhancements.
10. Develop KPIs for change request and release management activities and respond to annual audits.

1. Minimum of 5 years of SAP expertise in project and maintenance activities with release management experience.
2. Experience in SAP ChaRM and JIRA change management; Service Now knowledge is a plus.
3. Proficiency in English, with additional skills in Italian and French being advantageous.
4. Experience in international and multicultural project environments.
