Kering SAP Demand and Release Manager

- Manage a global team for SAP change and release management across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.
- Oversee the portfolio of change requests and establish change management processes for SAP projects and maintenance.
- Implement and manage change request tools such as JIRA, in collaboration with the change management solutions team.
- Facilitate the change request portfolio with various domains and the Functional Integration team.
- Coordinate the release delivery process, including urgent corrections and regular updates, generated by projects and change requests.
- Maintain release management tools like SAP CHARM and ensure their integration with change management tools.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate release deployments with domain managers and project managers.
- Ensure adherence to release management guidelines and support the alignment of the SAP landscape with project and maintenance needs.
- Establish and communicate the release schedule and monitor associated deliverables.
- Validate and communicate release content and manage communication with IT teams and business units regarding system updates and availability.
- 5+ years of SAP expertise in project and maintenance activities with release management experience.
- Experience in change management using SAP ChaRM and JIRA; knowledge of Service Now is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian and French is beneficial.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for managing internal teams and offshore subcontractors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

- Analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Proficient in documenting, reporting, and presenting analyses and recommendations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project and maintenance activities, with a focus on release management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
