Kering SAP Demand and Release Manager

- Manage a global team responsible for SAP change and release management across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.
- Oversee the portfolio of change requests and define processes for SAP project and maintenance activities.
- Implement and manage change request tools such as JIRA, with support from the Kering change management solutions team.
- Coordinate the change request portfolio with various domains and the Functional Integration team responsible for the Change Approval Board.
- Orchestrate the delivery process for releases, including urgent corrections and scheduled updates, generated by projects and change requests.
- Maintain and integrate release management tools such as SAP CHARM with change management systems.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate release deployments in collaboration with domain and project managers.
- Ensure adherence to release management guidelines and support alignment of the SAP landscape with project and maintenance needs.
- Establish and communicate the release schedule and monitor associated deliverables.
- Validate and communicate release content and manage communication with IT and business teams regarding system updates.
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP expertise in project and maintenance activities, with experience in release management.
- Proficiency in SAP ChaRM and JIRA; knowledge of Service Now is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Italian and French being beneficial.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage internal teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP project and maintenance activities, with a focus on release management.
