Kering SAP Demand and Release Manager

1. Manage a change and release management team across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions to ensure continuous support for release activities.
2. Oversee the portfolio of changes and define change management processes for SAP projects and maintenance activities.
3. Implement and manage change request management tools such as JIRA, in collaboration with Kering's change management solutions team.
4. Coordinate the change request portfolio with various domains (Finance, Retail, Supply) and the Functional Integration team responsible for the Change Approval Board (CAB).
5. Orchestrate the delivery process for releases, including urgent corrections and scheduled deliveries, generated by projects and change requests.
6. Maintain release management tools (SAP CHARM) and ensure their integration with change management tools.
7. Plan, prepare, and coordinate release deployments in collaboration with domain managers and project managers.
8. Enforce release management guidelines and support the SAP Center of Expertise team in aligning the SAP landscape with project and maintenance needs.
9. Establish, maintain, and communicate the provisional release schedule and monitor associated deliverables.
10. Validate and communicate release content and ensure IT team reporting and communications prior to deployment in various environments.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project and maintenance activities with release management experience.
2. Proficiency in SAP ChaRM and JIRA; knowledge of Service Now is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian and French is beneficial due to the significance of the Italian sites.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and presentation.
5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

At least 8 years of experience in SAP project and maintenance activities, with a focus on release management.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
