Kering SAP Demand and Release Manager

- Lead a team across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions to ensure continuous support for release activities.
- Manage the portfolio of change requests and define change management processes for SAP projects and maintenance.
- Implement and manage change request management tools such as JIRA.
- Coordinate with domain and functional integration teams to animate the change request portfolio.
- Orchestrate the delivery process for releases, including urgent corrections and scheduled updates.
- Maintain release management tools like SAP CHARM and ensure their integration with change management tools.
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of releases in collaboration with domain and project managers.
- Enforce release management guidelines and ensure alignment through cut-over and retrofit processes.
- Establish and communicate the provisional release schedule and monitor associated deliverables.
- Validate and communicate release content and manage IT and business communications prior to deployment.
- Minimum of 5 years of expertise in SAP project and maintenance activities with release management experience.
- Experience in change management on SAP ChaRM and JIRA.
- Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Italian and French being advantageous.
- Experience in international and multicultural project environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project and maintenance activities, with a focus on release management.
