1. Conduct store visits with the manager to oversee and monitor Facility Management activities.
2. Liaise directly with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support maintenance coordination and interventions.
3. Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
4. Coordinate with Houses, Group accounting, and service providers to track costs, verify billing, and process payments.
5. Contribute to updating a critical database for cost and contract tracking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher.
2. Proficient in data management and reporting analysis.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong telephone communication skills for engaging with external providers.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, although familiarity with the retail sector is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher.
