Kering Retail Store Facility Assistant Intern

- Conduct store visits with the manager to oversee and monitor Facility Management activities.
- Liaise directly with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support maintenance coordination and interventions.
- Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
- Coordinate with Houses, Group accounting, and service providers to track costs, verify billing, and process payments.
- Contribute to updating a critical database for cost and contract tracking.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher.
- Proficient in data management and reporting analysis.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong telephone communication skills for engaging with external providers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required, although familiarity with the retail sector is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher.
