Kering Receptionist

- Operate the front desk as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Manage visitor registration, issue access passes, receive parcels and promptly notify relevant staff of arrivals.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up spaces for trainings and events; maintain reception, office and pantry presentation standards.
- Undertake general administrative duties including filing, data entry, preparing the monthly newsletter, processing office and pantry orders, and handling invoices.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and logistics; arrange local or international courier services when required.
- Support internal office events through decoration, catering coordination and logistical arrangements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support daily facilities operations and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk or client-facing administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Organised, reliable, proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting facilities, corporate services or brand environments is an advantage.

At least one year of reception or front-desk experience; prior exposure to facilities coordination or support within a brand or corporate office environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in hospitality, business administration or office management advantageous.
