1. Assist in formalizing training deliverables and maintaining project documentation.
2. Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
4. Gather and organize existing finance training materials.
5. Support the alignment of training materials with business processes.
6. Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
7. Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using AI.
8. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams.
9. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
10. Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness.
11. Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
2. Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
5. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

No prior professional experience is required, though previous internships or coursework in project management, training, or finance are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
