Kering Project Management Intern

- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
- Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
- Gather and organize existing finance training materials.
- Assist in aligning training materials with business processes and support their migration into Degreed.
- Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
- Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using Articulate 360.
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Track and address stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze data related to training effectiveness and prepare reports on project status and outcomes.
- Evaluate the success of training modules post-launch.
- Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.
- Collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for continuous content updates.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of learning management systems like Degreed or Moodle.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
