1. Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
3. Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
4. Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
5. Help gather and organize existing finance training materials.
6. Assist in mapping and aligning training materials with business processes.
7. Support the migration and organization of training content into Degreed.
8. Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using Articulate 360.
9. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR.
10. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
11. Track feedback from stakeholders and assist in addressing concerns.
12. Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness, such as engagement rates and feedback.
13. Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomes.
14. Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.
15. Assist in collecting feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
2. Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, both written and oral.

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
5. Basic understanding of learning management systems (Degreed, Moodle, etc.) is an advantage.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
9. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
