Kering Project Management Intern

- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and timelines.
- Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
- Help gather and organize existing finance training materials.
- Assist in mapping and aligning training materials with business processes.
- Support the migration and organization of training content into Degreed.
- Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using Articulate 360.
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Track feedback from stakeholders and assist in addressing concerns.
- Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness, such as engagement rates and feedback.
- Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomes.
- Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.
- Assist in collecting feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of learning management systems (Degreed, Moodle, etc.) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
