1. Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders to organize and attend meetings and workshops, gather business requirements, and produce and share meeting minutes.
2. Define and monitor project plans, including deliverables, deadlines, risks, and issues, in collaboration with external vendors and utilizing specific project management tools.
3. Maintain project and team document repositories, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
4. Contribute to improving communication, project management best practices, quality of deliverables, and process standardization across the Production and Aftersales team.
5. Assist in pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI agents and natural language assistants.

1. Recent graduate in Information Technology or STEM fields such as Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
2. Enthusiast of Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Business Innovation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
2. Basic knowledge of project management practices and principles, including project monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
3. Basic understanding of enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence) is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with project management and enterprise software is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
