1. Support supplier research and selection activities within the Procurement team.
2. Collaborate on the request and analysis of quotations, comparing offers and commercial conditions.
3. Update and maintain supplier databases and procurement-related reports.
4. Analyze spending data and contribute to the development of category strategies.
5. Support the negotiation of contracts and framework agreements.
6. Assist in calculating and formalizing savings within the management tool.
7. Participate in procurement process optimization projects.
8. Focus on spending categories such as Fleet, General Services, Security Services, IT, Professional Services, Construction, Store Planning, and Sustainability Projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Basic understanding of key purchasing processes.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Good knowledge of English and Italian, both spoken and written.
5. Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and results orientation.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with procurement processes is advantageous.
