- Support supplier research and selection activities within the Procurement team.
- Collaborate on the request and analysis of quotations, comparing offers and commercial conditions.
- Update and maintain supplier databases and procurement-related reports.
- Analyze spending data and contribute to the development of category strategies.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and framework agreements.
- Assist in calculating and formalizing savings within the management tool.
- Participate in procurement process optimization projects.
- Focus on spending categories such as Fleet, General Services, Security Services, IT, Professional Services, Construction, Store Planning, and Sustainability Projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of key purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and results orientation.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with procurement processes is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in relevant fields.
