Kering Portfolio Manager, Real Estate

1. Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across the EMEA region, aligning strategies with the Group's objectives.
2. Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, recommending development and optimization strategies.
3. Conduct financial evaluations of projects and assets, tracking key performance indicators such as sales performance and profitability.
4. Collaborate with regional Real Estate teams to prepare and present reports and business cases to senior management.
5. Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership in retail development processes, including problem-solving and analysis.
6. Manage data gathering and develop detailed reports for senior management, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines.
7. Provide market intelligence and research, monitoring macroeconomic and microeconomic trends impacting the Group and its Maisons.
8. Develop and maintain a network of external sources, including analysts, brokers, and consultants, to enhance market insights.

1. Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in the EMEA region within analytical, consulting, real estate, or related fields.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred.

2. Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking mindset.
3. Basic financial modeling skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a dynamic and creative problem-solving approach.
5. Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
7. Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, French, or Italian is advantageous.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the EMEA region, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
