Kering Portfolio Manager, Real Estate

- Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across the EMEA region, aligning strategies with the Group's objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, recommending development and optimization strategies.
- Conduct financial evaluations of projects and assets, tracking key performance indicators such as sales performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with regional Real Estate teams to prepare and present reports and business cases to senior management.
- Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership in retail development processes, including problem-solving and analysis.
- Manage data gathering and develop detailed reports for senior management, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines.
- Provide market intelligence and research, monitoring macroeconomic and microeconomic trends impacting the Group and its Maisons.
- Develop and maintain a network of external sources, including analysts, brokers, and consultants, to enhance market insights.
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in the EMEA region within analytical, consulting, real estate, or related fields.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a keen interest in real estate and luxury fashion.
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking mindset.
- Basic financial modeling skills.
- Detail-oriented with a dynamic and creative problem-solving approach.
- Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, French, or Italian is advantageous.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the EMEA region, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
