Kering Payroll Officer

- Manage and verify payroll data provided by the brand and HR system (Workday).
- Ensure accurate payroll calculations using confirmed data and payroll system (Arline).
- Report and manage social insurance for new hires and terminations monthly.
- Prepare labor cost reports based on monthly payroll data.
- Analyze and compare paid payroll with accounting payroll data.
- Prepare monthly retirement pension data and communicate with pension providers.
- Compile and process year-end tax settlement data and provide necessary information to relevant parties.
- Report withholding tax and local income tax monthly.
- Issue certificates and provide updated information on tax laws and social insurance rates.
- Support finance with tax adjustments and audits by providing labor cost data.
- 7-9 years of experience in payroll-related fields.
- Proficiency in business English is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and numerical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand and plan effectively for employee and stakeholder needs.

A minimum of 7 to 9 years in payroll management or related fields is required.
