1. Manage and verify payroll data provided by the brand and HR system (Workday).
2. Ensure accurate payroll calculations using confirmed data and payroll system (Arline).
3. Report and manage social insurance for new hires and terminations monthly.
4. Prepare labor cost reports based on monthly payroll data.
5. Analyze and compare paid payroll with accounting payroll data.
6. Prepare monthly retirement pension data and communicate with pension providers.
7. Compile and process year-end tax settlement data and provide necessary information to relevant parties.
8. Report withholding tax and local income tax monthly.
9. Issue certificates and provide updated information on tax laws and social insurance rates.
10. Support finance with tax adjustments and audits by providing labor cost data.

1. 7-9 years of experience in payroll-related fields.
2. Proficiency in business English is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and numerical aptitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand and plan effectively for employee and stakeholder needs.
