Kering Payroll Advisor

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly UK payroll for designated brands within the Kering portfolio.
- Serve as a contact point for complex pay and reward queries.
- Handle complex payroll queries and administration, including gross-up payments and tax guidance.
- Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct HR accounting, preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
- Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and year-end tax responsibilities and planning.
- Collaborate with payroll software suppliers to comply with HMRC and company requirements.
- Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners.
- Assist with processing salary reviews and bonus payments annually.
- Generate general reports, including personnel budget analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Continuously review processes and procedures to maintain effective and efficient service and data flow with the wider HR team.
- Strong knowledge of PAYE legislation for UK and Irish payroll.
- Payroll qualification (full or part) is preferable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and process-driven mindset.
- Proactive and 'can do' attitude.
- Proficient IT skills, including Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while accommodating business needs.
- Strong task prioritization and confidentiality maintenance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience in payroll administration with a focus on UK and Irish payroll legislation is required.
