Kering Order to Cash Manager

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, across various brands within the group.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the team in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement, adjust, and optimize Order to Cash (OTC) procedures and objectives.
- Act as the accounting reference for the OTC process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Group's brands, especially operational leaders in retail, to ensure proper OTC process application.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline financial processes and align with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team management, ideally within a Shared Services environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in a financial role with a focus on accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience in leading process and information system transformation projects.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Several years of successful team management experience in a Shared Services environment, with a strong background in financial roles focusing on accounts receivable.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
