Kering Methodology Officer Intern

- Update dashboards (POWER BI) to ensure reporting of the technical team's activities.
- Draft technical intervention procedures (Electricity, plumbing, emergencies, etc.) to document all interventions and create a classification hierarchy through the Technical Department's SharePoint.
- Update the annual technical schedule (regulatory and operational).
- Create a tool for tracking internal stock management and technical supply orders to ensure order entry and supplier invoice tracking.
- Implement energy activity reports for Kering's Parisian sites.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or higher), ideally in quality and performance optimization.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in intercultural environments, demonstrating diplomacy and assertiveness.
- Ability to work discreetly on confidential matters.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Good listening skills, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.).
- Versatile and autonomous.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in operational management is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or higher).
