1. Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier and customer data, ensuring compliance and quality.
2. Verify the conformity of requests by checking legal, juridical, and banking data through compliance tools.
3. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with users.
4. Create, enrich, and maintain high-quality customer and supplier data throughout its lifecycle.
5. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing master data expertise.
6. Contribute to continuous service improvement by leading projects and proposing optimizations.
7. Train and support users in understanding and adopting master data processes and tools.
8. Ensure effective user support in incident resolution and maintain accessibility of support materials.

1. Degree in accounting, management, finance, business administration, or sales.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
2. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
3. Strong interest in cross-functional issues and business challenges.
4. Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented with project management capabilities.
5. Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably as a data manager or active contributor in business project deployment.

Degree in accounting, management, finance, business administration, or sales.
