Kering Master Data Analyst

- Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
- Collect vendor information, perform verification processes, and create SAP Vendor accounts by recording account information.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in the end-to-end process for master data management for FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to streamline processes.
- Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data objects such as Supplier, Customer, projects or orders, and ensure data synchronization with other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain master data according to data standards, control requirements, and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage, create, maintain, and validate master data for project go-lives.
- Perform periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance with internal controls.
- Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a relevant field such as Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and self-driven attitude.
- Agility and inquisitiveness.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a relevant field.
