- Coordinate and oversee M&A projects in collaboration with finance, real estate, and innovation teams.
- Participate in structuring and developing projects in conjunction with finance and tax functions, analyzing legal aspects.
- Conduct and manage audit processes in collaboration with external advisors, including legal and financial consultants.
- Draft and review comprehensive contractual documentation with the support of external counsel.
- Engage in negotiations and manage signing, closing, and post-closing operations.
- Monitor and manage indemnity guarantees.
- Conduct legal research on contractual and M&A topics.
- Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
- 4 to 5 years of M&A and private equity experience in an international law firm.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-border transactions in a confidential environment.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and proactive with excellent writing and synthesis skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken business English.
4 to 5 years of experience in M&A and private equity within an international law firm.
Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
