1. Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including Operations, Procurement, and Facility & General Services.
2. Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in both Italian and English, such as manufacturing, supply, and procurement contracts.
3. Support the management of disputes and litigation within areas of responsibility.
4. Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare legal opinions.
5. Monitor legal developments and draft internal notes or updates.
6. Contribute to training activities and implement legal processes and contract templates.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

1. Law degree.
2. Significant in-house legal experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Italian legal system.
4. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of stakeholders.

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
4. High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity.
5. Commitment to innovation and environmental, social, and civic responsibility.

Significant in-house legal experience, particularly in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Law degree.
