Kering Legal Counsel

- Provide legal advice, consultancy, and support to various departments including Operations, Procurement, and Facility & General Services.
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in both Italian and English, such as manufacturing, supply, and procurement contracts.
- Support the management of disputes and litigation within designated areas of responsibility.
- Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare legal opinions.
- Monitor legal developments and draft internal notes or updates.
- Contribute to training activities and implement legal processes and contract templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal strategies align with business objectives.
- Law degree.
- Significant in-house legal experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of the Italian legal system.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Significant in-house legal experience, particularly in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Law degree.
