Kering Legal Compliance Specialist

- Support the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees and the ethical organization of the Group.
- Participate in handling reports received via the Group's whistleblowing line, including assigning reports, analyzing cases, participating in investigations, and following up on action plans.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the reporting platform, including license allocation and assisting other case managers.
- Prepare ethical reports, including annual reporting and drafting documents published by the Group.
- Assist in preparing meetings for the Group and Europe Ethics and Compliance Committees.
- Coordinate the activities of regional Ethics and Compliance Committees in Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
- Contribute to the updates and dissemination of the Group's Code of Ethics and related documentation.
- Engage in responses to rating agencies, investors, and banks/insurers on ethical issues.
- Support team members on cross-functional projects and conduct regular legal monitoring on ethical topics.
- Contribute to the compliance community, including participation in 'Global Compliance Webinars.'
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company or law firm.
- Legal education with at least a Master's degree in Law and strong compliance knowledge, particularly in anti-corruption and due diligence.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Autonomous yet collaborative, with the ability to work in a networked environment.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, preferably within an international organization or law firm.
Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
