Kering Inventory Control Analyst

- Manage and maintain accounting warehouse master data, ensuring accurate setup and handling.
- Control and validate the process that determines the average value of inventory items and ensure correct valuation methodologies are applied.
- Prepare, analyse and distribute monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports to each Division.
- Monitor logistics flows in relation to supplier and customer orders, allocations and consignment stock movements.
- Coordinate and reconcile accounting warehouse records with physical inventory for cycle counts and year-end inventories.
- Calculate and report the annual warehouse performance KPI, tracking and explaining discrepancies.
- Supervise goods flows and associated accounting entries: document receipts, issues and intercompany transfers.
- Execute transactions to enable the sale or transfer of assets between companies managed in Trecate.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations staff to support day-to-day inventory activities.
- Analyse historical inbound and stock-on-hand data to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Perform daily reconciliations between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse accounting or a similar role within a structured company.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and inventory valuation best practices.
- Proficient in Office Suite; prior exposure to the Stealth platform is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and reporting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

At least 1 year in inventory control, warehouse accounting or similar position within a structured company, ideally supporting central warehouse operations and financial valuation processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
