Kering Inventory Control Analyst

1. Manage and maintain accounting warehouse master data, ensuring accurate setup and handling.
2. Control and validate the process that determines the average value of inventory items and ensure correct valuation methodologies are applied.
3. Prepare, analyse and distribute monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports to each Division.
4. Monitor logistics flows in relation to supplier and customer orders, allocations and consignment stock movements.
5. Coordinate and reconcile accounting warehouse records with physical inventory for cycle counts and year-end inventories.
6. Calculate and report the annual warehouse performance KPI, tracking and explaining discrepancies.
7. Supervise goods flows and associated accounting entries: document receipts, issues and intercompany transfers.
8. Execute transactions to enable the sale or transfer of assets between companies managed in Trecate.
9. Collaborate closely with warehouse operations staff to support day-to-day inventory activities.
10. Analyse historical inbound and stock-on-hand data to develop budgets and forecasts.
11. Perform daily reconciliations between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse accounting or a similar role within a structured company.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and inventory valuation best practices.
4. Proficient in Office Suite; prior exposure to the Stealth platform is a strong plus.
5. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
6. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and reporting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Independent, reliable team player with a proactive approach to high-volume tasks.

At least 1 year in inventory control, warehouse accounting or similar position within a structured company, ideally supporting central warehouse operations and financial valuation processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
