Kering Internal Auditor

- Support the Americas Audit Manager in conducting both entity and store audits, covering operational and financial reviews.
- Execute audit activities and document findings in compliance with IIA Standards and Kering's Internal Audit methodology.
- Assist in preparing audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-up reviews and remediation testing on identified deficiencies in financial and operational areas.
- Participate in best practice reviews to evaluate and enhance control adequacy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff across all levels within the organization and its Houses.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative activities related to audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
- CPA or CIA certification preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Energetic and adaptable team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
$85,000 - $90,000 per year plus incentives.
