1. Support the Americas Audit Manager in conducting both entity and store audits, covering operational and financial reviews.
2. Execute audit activities and document findings in compliance with IIA Standards and Kering's Internal Audit methodology.
3. Assist in preparing audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Conduct follow-up reviews and remediation testing on identified deficiencies in financial and operational areas.
5. Participate in best practice reviews to evaluate and enhance control adequacy and efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff across all levels within the organization and its Houses.
7. Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative activities related to audits.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
2. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
3. CPA or CIA certification preferred.

4. Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
5. Proficient communication skills, both written and oral.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.

$85,000 - $90,000 per year plus incentives.
