Kering Intercompany Accounting Apprentice

Kering is a global luxury group that manages a portfolio of prominent maisons including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga. The Group operates centralized finance shared services to harmonize processes across its houses and regions, supporting integrated luxury operations and best-practice financial governance.

1. Support daily general accounting activities within the Intercompany (IC) stream under the supervision of the Assistant Manager IC.
2. Interface and post intercompany flows in the ERP system.
3. Record and account for manual invoices.
4. Reconcile payments and intercompany transactions with external partners and across multiple systems.
5. Frame and align intercompany flows between different systems and stakeholders.
6. Participate in ongoing finance and process-improvement projects.
7. Document and maintain procedures related to intercompany processes and controls.
8. Monitor and follow up on the stream’s operational processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

1. Currently enrolled in a French DCG licence or a Master's in Accounting / Control / Audit / Finance (DSCG or equivalent).
2. Fluent spoken and written French and English (required).
3. Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a methodical approach to accounting tasks.
4. Adaptable, proactive and dynamic with a collaborative mindset.
5. Genuine interest in ERP systems and financial processes.
