Kering Innovation Intern

- Promote and disseminate the culture of the Kering Imagination Lab internally.
- Contribute to and evolve communication tools for the Kering Imagination Lab.
- Measure and analyze the impact of each Lab session using metrics such as NPS.
- Identify internal contributors from Kering to participate in the Lab.
- Engage with external ecosystem events and identify potential external contributors.
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of innovative projects and events.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including startups and digital agencies.
- Monitor project progress and manage organizational aspects of Lab-related events.
- Prepare and diversify communication materials for the innovation team.
- Participate in key innovation ecosystem events and organize knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Previous internship experience in strategy/consulting, innovation, communication, or startups.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaborative tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Creative thinking and initiative.
- Strong interest in innovation and digital culture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects transversally.
Prior internship experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, communication, or startups is required.
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
