1. Coordinate internal communication initiatives related to innovation and technology.
2. Prepare and manage editorial calendars for internal platforms and newsletters.
3. Produce and publish content on innovation, technology trends, and internal initiatives.
4. Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across communication channels.
5. Monitor and report on engagement and visibility metrics.
6. Participate in technology and innovation monitoring through events and publications.
7. Synthesize insights into structured internal formats.
8. Transform complex topics into accessible content.
9. Track and consolidate feedback from events attended by IT & Digital teams.
10. Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions such as webinars and talks.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in communication, innovation, digital, management, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in technology, IT, digital transformation, and innovation ecosystems.
3. Proficient in analyzing information and producing structured content.
4. Organized, curious, and reliable.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Comfortable using collaborative tools and digital platforms.
