1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of invoicing processes and related issues.
2. Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process between SAP and Excel files, ensuring accurate transaction records and effective communication with counterparts and trading partners.
3. Conduct monthly reviews of VAT registers, verifying invoice sequences and VAT code accuracy.
4. Prepare monthly reminders for intercompany payments and manage related requests.
5. Monitor daily invoices sent to SDI using SAP Cockpit and Tesi, addressing potential issues in compliance with Italian fiscal laws.
6. Supervise the archiving process.

1. Degree in Economics or a diploma in accounting.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Stealth 400 is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a similar accounting role is required.
