1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the invoicing process and address related issues.
2. Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process between SAP and Excel files, ensuring accurate transaction records and effective communication with counterparts and trading partners.
3. Conduct monthly reviews of VAT registers, verify invoice number sequences, and confirm the accuracy of VAT codes.
4. Prepare monthly reminders for intercompany payments and manage related requests.
5. Monitor daily invoices sent to SDI using SAP Cockpit and Tesi, promptly addressing potential issues in compliance with Italian fiscal laws.
6. Supervise the archiving process.

1. Degree in Economics or a diploma in accounting.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Independent, flexible, and reliable team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. Proactive with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
4. Knowledge of SAP and Stealth 400 is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a similar role is required.
