1. Collaborate with internal clients and local procurement teams to define and implement procurement strategies aligned with cost-saving, quality, and value-creation objectives.
2. Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, adopting a business partner approach.
3. Work synergistically with international procurement teams to share best practices and enhance synergies.
4. Lead procurement processes with a focus on CSR, including supplier database management, tender processes, negotiations, and contract implementation.
5. Analyze expenditures to identify opportunities for rationalization, optimization, and innovation.
6. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of procurement databases and produce necessary performance reports.
7. Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, measuring and steering supplier performance across quality, cost, timeliness, innovation, and CSR criteria.
8. Identify innovative solutions offered by partners to propose to internal clients and support future needs.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in Procurement.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement roles, ideally in an international and matrix environment.

1. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
2. Sensitivity to CSR issues.
3. Initiative and strong proactivity.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

5 to 7 years of experience in procurement roles, ideally in an international and matrix environment.

Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in Procurement.
