Kering Indirect Procurement Specialist

- Lead procurement projects for corporate and group Houses in an international, multicultural, and transformative environment.
- Manage a diverse range of indirect procurement categories, including HR, construction, digital solutions, payment solutions, automotive fleet, general services, security, office supplies, and furniture.
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and local procurement teams to define and deploy procurement strategies aligned with cost savings, quality, and value creation objectives.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a business partner.
- Work synergistically with international procurement teams to share best practices and promote synergies.
- Drive the procurement process with a focus on CSR, including supplier database management, tender management, negotiation, and contract implementation with legal teams.
- Analyze expenditures to identify opportunities for rationalization, optimization, and innovation.
- Ensure the reliability of procurement databases and produce necessary performance reports.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, measuring and managing supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and CSR criteria.
- Identify innovative solutions from partners to propose to internal clients and support future needs.
- Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in procurement.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement roles, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Sensitivity to CSR issues.
- Initiative and strong proactivity.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement roles, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in procurement.
