- Support the Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement team in executing the annual roadmap.
- Assist with internal communication needs, including presentations, event invitations, and online publications.
- Organize internal events, both virtual and in-person, such as conferences and training sessions.
- Conduct research and provide insights on Inclusion & Diversity topics.
- Develop campaigns to raise awareness about Inclusion & Diversity.
- Contribute ideas and communication materials for key internal events like International Women's Day and LGBT awareness.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance understanding of Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, or Communication preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in project management is beneficial.
- Interest in Inclusion & Diversity is preferred.
- Strong ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in project management is advantageous.
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
