- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
- Prepare and process HR documents.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Source potential candidates.
- Support HR manager in conducting DEI-related events.
- Support HR manager in organizing cross-brand activities.
- Support HR manager in conducting employee engagement activities.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide support in other areas of HR and perform other duties as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records as necessary.
- Handle requests for information and data from employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior experience required, though any relevant experience in human resources or administrative roles is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
