1. Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
2. Manage and direct retail store construction projects, supporting brand store planning.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and develop project design concepts.
4. Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
5. Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
6. Ensure compliance with design and planning intents during construction.
7. Control and report on project costs and timelines throughout all phases.
8. Handle all contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process.
9. Coordinate with external service providers to maintain high quality standards and cost efficiency.
10. Conduct site audits to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
11. Facilitate and lead design, site, and internal meetings.
12. Maintain and archive project documentation and certifications.
13. Communicate project progress, risks, and required decisions to stakeholders.
14. Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence for project reporting and cost control.

1. Engineering or architectural degree.
2. Master's degree or experience in real estate and asset management is advantageous.
3. 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management.

1. Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various countries.
4. Knowledge of construction and safety regulations.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management, with a focus on reporting and follow-up.

Engineering or architectural degree, with a Master's degree being a plus.
