- Support ad-hoc local and global HR projects.
- Produce and analyze ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service delivery to brands.
- Coordinate with payroll to meet deadlines for new hires.
- Draft and send contracts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and data accuracy.
- Manage onboarding documents and track signed documentation.
- Create and maintain electronic personnel files.
- Draft contractual change letters in compliance with legislative requirements.
- Issue probation pass letters for all brands.
- Prepare and send leaver documentation.
- Verify Right to Work documents prior to issuing contracts.
- Provide accurate employment reference letters.
- Respond to queries via the ticketing system within SLA's.
- Assist with payroll input and general benefits queries.
- Support HRSS team with audit information requests.
- CIPD qualified or currently studying towards qualification.
- Experience in HR administration across the employee life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service standards.
- Proficiency in Workday is highly desirable.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and curious with a capacity for process improvement.
Experience in HR administration across the employee life cycle is required.
CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification.
