1. Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
2. Support the identification, consolidation, and preparation of Talent Review meetings, including data analysis and follow-up on action plans.
3. Monitor succession plans for key roles at the Group level, ensuring updates post-Talent Reviews.

1. Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data validation, analysis, and presentation.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
3. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and intellectual curiosity.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background and relevant coursework are essential.

Final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
