- Lead HR Shared Services operations, including HR systems, data integration, and process management.
- Oversee daily HRIS operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with brand HR partners to enhance transactional services.
- Communicate with brand HR teams to provide guidelines and procedures according to HRSS Catalog.
- Manage and monitor efficient delivery of HR Shared Service operations.
- Provide troubleshooting and guidance to brand HR teams and end users.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to enhance service solutions.
- Ensure HR systems comply with labor laws.
- Design and update user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Provide training and support for end users and internal partners.
- Manage and execute HR projects and new initiatives aligned with HRSS strategy.
- Manage HR data, including workforce analytics and metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
- Lead Workday integration projects and other ad-hoc projects.
- Provide transactional services to brands, including contract and document management.
- Manage work permit and visa processes.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries via Employee Service Platform.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
- Manage HR operations projects, including process improvements and new initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution and completion within deadlines.
- Manage and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
- Workday experience is essential.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Outstanding team management and leadership skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Extensive computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR Information Systems (Workday).
8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on HR systems and shared services.
Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
