- Maintain employment records and personnel information within HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and personnel updates.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
- Assist with special projects within HR Shared Services or as requested by specific brands.
- Manage benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, billing, COBRA, retirement plan reconciliations, and vendor interactions.
- Handle HR Shared Services correspondence, including payroll check distribution and mail sorting.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
1-2 years of related experience in human resources or a similar administrative role.
