Kering HR Operations Coordinator

1. Maintain employment records and personnel information within HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
2. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and personnel updates.
3. Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
4. Assist with special projects within HR Shared Services or as requested by specific brands.
5. Manage benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, billing, COBRA, retirement plan reconciliations, and vendor interactions.
6. Handle HR Shared Services correspondence, including payroll check distribution and mail sorting.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 1-2 years of related experience

1. Effective written and verbal communication
2. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Excellent organizational skills

1-2 years of related experience in human resources or a similar administrative role.

$28.00 - $29.00 per hour plus incentives
