1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview arrangements, while ensuring accurate recording of candidate profiles.
2. Maintain and update employees' electronic personal files.
3. Support the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive all necessary information.
4. Assist in organizing staff engagement events and drafting communication materials.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Availability for a minimum of 4 months.

1. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
2. Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
3. Adaptable to new ideas and methods of task completion.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

No prior experience required, but relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
