- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre, including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across various platforms.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday and PeopleDoc.
- Assist and support the HRSSC with daily human resources operations as needed.
- Administer various compensation and benefits programs, including staff discount programs, medical insurance, and MPF/Pension enrollment.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations.
- Eagerness to learn with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity for handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Thorough understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR legislation.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
A minimum of 1 year in HR operations is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
